Anything that has to be ordered from the factory or an aftermarket manufacturer is usually available between 2 and 5 days from ordering.

Lou was born in the great white North (aka Minnesota) and after thirthy nine years, "HE DROVE 'TIL HE HIT WATER" and he has been smiling ever since. Coming to California in 1989, Lou taught and coached at SDSU eventually coaching professional women beach volleyball players.

He has been involved with Motorcycles since 1962, first riding then repairing and selling them. After coming to California, (where he insists there is no such thing as winter) his only vehicle has been a motorcycle. The first 15 years, it was a '79 IronBarrel. Now, having skipped the evolution engine, he rides a '99 FXDX.

Coming to Bartels for parts one day in '97, he was recruited into the parts department where he worked until 2002. Making a brief trip to San Diego, he has come back home to the Bartels' family as the parts department manager, and is looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones at the dealership.
